What Our Brides Should Know

Before Your Visit To Haute & Co.TM Bridal:

  • We kindly request that you do not bring children.
  • No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the boutique.
  • Absolutely no pictures are permitted until your purchase is finalized.
  • Only Bridal Stylists pull the wedding gowns.
  • Be prepared to have some fun!

What sizes do you carry?

Haute & Co. Bridal styles brides sizes 16 to 28. Our brides typically wear between a size 14 to 28 in their everyday clothing.

What designers do you carry?

We exclusively carry Lea Ann Belter, Essense of Australia, Amaré Couture and the Haute & Co.TM Signature Collection.

Can I walk in and try on wedding gowns?

Haute & Co.TM Bridal is an appointment only boutique. You can schedule your appointment online or call the boutique. However, we cannot accommodate walk-ins.

How soon should I start looking for my wedding gown?

Typically, we recommend between ten - 12 months before your wedding to start your search process. It typically takes between five to six months for your wedding gown to ship from the designer. However, we can rush an order for an additional charge. Your Bridal Stylist will be able to work directly with you to better understand rush charges.

What should I expect during my appointment?

Your bridal appointment will be one hour. During your appointment, your Bridal Stylist will discuss the dress buying process, your budget, alterations, selection of your wedding dress plus accessories and the finalizing your purchase.

What is a “Meet The Stylist” appointment?

We recommend a Meet the Stylist appointment when your wedding date is over 12 months from when you are requesting a bridal appointment. During this appointment, you will try on three different silhouettes, preview the current wedding gown collection, and discuss your budget and vision for your wedding day. This appointment is only booked during the week and not on weekends. The appointment is 45 minutes and we recommend that you come alone and be prepared to get all your questions answered! Bonus - there is champagne.

What is a private appointment?

We offer private appointments for brides who would like a more intimate bridal experience and time. Private appointments are an hour and a half. There is a $75.00 non-refundable fee to secure a private appointment. If you purchase, the $75.00 will be applied as a credit against your purchase. Contact the boutique directly at 312-344-1625. Private appointments can not be booked online.

What happens if I am late to my appointment?

We will work to accommodate you during your appointed time. Your Bridal Stylist will encourage you to schedule a second appointment if you are unable to select your wedding gown during the original appointment.

Can I bring friends to my appointment?

We know this is a special time for you. However, we recommend that you limit your party to three or less. We found that the opinions of a trusted few always help you make the best decision. Plus we are an intimate space and cannot accommodate large parties. If this is a concern, please contact us at 312-344-1625 to discuss in greater detail.

Can I take pictures during my appointment?

Unfortunately no. Due to our agreements with the designers, you are only allowed to take pictures once you have purchased your wedding gown.

Do you carry bridesmaids’ dresses?

Yes! We carry Sorella Vita by Essense of Australia and WToo by Watters.

What is the price range of your wedding gowns?

Our wedding gowns start at $1,500 to $5,000.

Do you do layaway?

Unfortunately, we do not. However, we work with I Do Lending to provide an alterative option for the bride. Click here to get instantly approved for up to $5,000.

I purchased my wedding gown, but I do not like it any longer, can I return it?

Each wedding gown is made to order. Therefore, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Is there parking?

There is metered on-street parking for a maximum of two hours. Also, there are private parking lots located within three to four blocks of our location. We are easily accessible by taxi and public transportation.

Do you sell accessories?

We sell bridal jewelry, specialty bras, veils, belts, and unique seasonal wedding items.

Do you provide alterations?

Alterations are not included with your purchase. However, we work with an external alterations team and they will work directly with you to put the final touches on your wedding gown at your cost. Your Bridal Stylist will discuss the alterations process during your appointment.
